Tips:

1.To make fruit or vegetable puree , just steam the fruit or vegetable whole and mash it rather than cutting into small pieces and steaming. This will help to retain the nutrients in the fruit or veggie.

2. Every baby is different and so is the eating habit and quantity of food. Never force feed your baby.

3.Offer small (one to two spoons) soft  feeds baby is still not used to having different variety of food. New food in big amounts result in constipation in most babies.Don’t panic. However offer enough fluids and introduce only one new food in three days to check whether it is suiting your baby.Go slow. Your baby will gain weight gradually.

Thank you for an informative blog. It will be very helpful to every new mom like me. I have read somewhere that formula milk is also beneficial to a baby as it has enough nutrients and vitamins. I like your blog and will hope that you will share this kind of blog soon.
